The work “Gastrosexual – A Foray Through Male Dominated Kitchens” was created as part of my bachelor’s thesis and published in March 2016 (Delius Klasing Verlag). It’s a lifestyle cookbook dedicated to the people and the intimate stories behind their cuisine.

“Gastrosexual” has nothing to do with sex in the kitchen, but with passion in cooking.

As masters of the craft, they take their time to create restaurant-quality food at home and celebrate each ingredient as a revelation, leading to artistic results.
